Terms of Service

By accessing or using FPGAi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FPGAi ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

FPGAi is an AI-powered design assistant for FPGA and digital hardware engineers. It provides automated code generation (Verilog/VHDL), self-correcting testbench generation, synthesis checks, constraint file creation, and a retrieval-augmented knowledge base — delivered through a local CLI agent that communicates with our cloud backend.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens. Sharing credentials or agent tokens with third parties is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls
• Use the Service to generate code intended for illegal or harmful purposes
• Scrape, mirror, or redistribute our knowledge base content
• Share your account with others or resell API access
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our infrastructure

Code and output generated by the AI is provided for your use without restriction. We do not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs you create through the Service.

The FPGAi platform, branding, documentation, and knowledge base content are the intellectual property of FPGAi and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

In Hybrid Mode (code context enabled), your design files are transmitted to our servers for the duration of the request only and are not stored persistently. In Standard Mode, only your text queries are sent.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.

Free tier usage is subject to daily query limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-GENERATED CODE SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY A QUALIFIED ENGINEER BEFORE BEING USED IN PRODUCTION OR SAFETY-CRITICAL SYSTEMS. FPGAI IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
